We are an established Building Company based in Hove with over 28 years experience in all aspects of building works from maintenance and repair through to renovation and extensions. Our Company objective is to produce quality work which enhances your property and conforms to Local Authority Regulations. Every effort is made to complete works on time and in budget.

Our Company holds (HNC) Higher National Certificates in Building Studies and (NVQ) National Vocational Qualification certificates. We are Constructionline registered (Registration No. 45529) and belong to the CITB (Construction Industry Traning Board) and hold certificates in Construction Design and Management. We are also registered on the Buy With Confidence Scheme which is regulated and checked by Brighton and Hove City Council Trading Standards. Electrical and Plumbing works are carried out by trade persons who are NiCEIC and Corgi registered

On dealing with your enquiry we attend a site visit, listen to you, ascertain your exact requirements and go through works that would be undertaken. We are happy to carry out your works from architectural drawings and specifications. Our office has the facility of AutoCAD where drawings and specifications can be e-mailed. Most importantly we want you to know that any works that are undertaken will be dealt with in a professional manner.
